Your flight begins with a walk-around inspection and introduction to the airplane before climbing aboard for an unforgettable adventure over the scenic landscapes surrounding Crow Island Airpark. Along the way, your FAA Certified Flight Instructor will explain the fundamentals of flight and, if you’d like, you’ll even have the opportunity to take the controls and experience the thrill of flying the Cub yourself under instructor supervision.
Your First Logbook Entry
Every Discovery Flight participant receives a complimentary pilot logbook, and your flight time can be officially logged by your FAA Certified Flight Instructor. It’s the perfect keepsake from your first flying experience—and if you decide to continue your training, it’s also the first entry toward earning your pilot certificate.
